About me

Rasheema Gibbs is a Brooklyn-born, curvy/plus-size model who stands as a powerful advocate for body positivity and self-awareness. With over four years of experience in the modeling industry, Rasheema has graced more than 30 runways, guided and mentored by renowned model coach Jeannie Ferguson-Goodlow. Her runway presence is captivating, effortlessly celebrating her curves with confidence and poise.

 

Rasheema has collaborated with numerous Black-owned designers and boutiques and has walked the prestigious runways of New York Fashion Week for two consecutive years. In Fall 2024, she brought her bold, authentic energy to Africa Fashion Week London.

 

Outside of the runway, Rasheema brings fashion to the streets—literally. She creates dynamic streetwear content and is an active member of a female sneaker community, where she styles and reviews top sneaker brands. Her unique blend of high fashion, street edge, and unapologetic self-expression has earned her features in two online magazines highlighting her personal style and modeling journey.

 

Rasheema is now seeking agency representation to take her talents to the next level in print, and she’s eager to collaborate with leading sportswear and plus-size fashion brands. With a mission to inspire and elevate, Rasheema is redefining beauty standards—one step at a time.
